Andy Garcia is a burnt-out L.A. cop who moves to a small town, where his investigative skills are reignited by a serial killer offing blind women.
Not that any of his colleagues buy his suspicions, with most being abrasive to the newcomer.
More welcoming is Uma Thurman, as a young woman in the line of danger, as her Braille skills make her a likely target for our killer.
A stylish, junky early-’90s crime thriller, this was never going to win any Oscars.
But it makes for great, turn-off-the-brain entertainment if you just go with it.
